File storage and download policy
Intixify stores files only for as long as they are useful for designing, delivering, and supporting commemorative tickets. This page explains the operational retention periods for uploaded images and generated PDFs.
Temporary uploadsUp to 24 hoursIncomplete and replaced uploads are automatically removed.
Images used by draft projects90 days after the project was last accessedOpening or editing the project renews the 90-day period.
Purchased digital PDFs12 months after generationDownload the PDF before its displayed availability period ends.
Physical-order print PDFsUp to 12 months after generationUsed for production, support, and reasonable reprint requests.
Order, payment, credit, and fulfillment recordsRetained as operationally or legally requiredThese records do not contain the uploaded image or PDF binary.
Before a file expires
When we have a deliverable email address, Intixify sends a reminder approximately seven days before a draft image or purchased PDF is scheduled for deletion. Email delivery cannot be guaranteed, so customers remain responsible for downloading files they want to keep.
After deletion
Deleted files cannot be downloaded or recovered through Intixify. The related project text or order history may remain, but an expired image must be uploaded again and an expired PDF may no longer be available.
Your responsibility
Intixify is not a permanent personal archive. Download purchased PDFs promptly and keep your own backup. Do not upload files you do not have the right to use.
Deletion requests
You can delete a draft project from your account. For an account or privacy request, contact contact@intixify.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, disputes, tax, or other legal obligations.
